REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

To provide a response to the Derbyshire County Council Review of the Voluntary and Community Sector.

ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:

The Council does not respond to the consultation – this is not recommended due to potential impact.

RESOLVED:

1.    That the contents of the report be noted;

2.    That the response to the County Council’s consultation shown at Appendix A to the report be approved.
