Applicant:        Keepmoat Homes and Hallam Land Management Ltd.

 

The Committee were addressed by Richard Hough in objection to the application and Graham Love (agent).

 

The Committee had undertaken a site visit on 5 November 2018.

 

RESOLVED:

 

1.    That reserved matters, including layout, scale, landscaping and appearance be approved, subject to:

a.    A deed of variation to omit the onsite MUGA in favour of an offsite contribution of £50,000 towards Cote Heath Skate Park;

b.    Conditions as set out within the report and the highway conditions as set out in the update sheet

c.    A condition to require that the whole of the scheme uses artificial slate roofing tiles rather than concrete roofing tiles;

 

2.    That in the event of any changes being needed to the wording of the Committee’s decision (such as to delete, vary or add conditions / informatives / planning obligations or reasons for approval / refusal) prior to the decision being issued, the Operations Manager – Development Services be delegated authority to do so in consultation with the Chair of the Committee, provided that the changes do not exceed the substantive nature of the Committee’s decision.

The Committee had undertaken a site visit.

 

RESOLVED:

 

1.    That authority to approve the application be delegated to the Chair and Operations Manager – Development Services, subject to:

a.    The receipt of amended plans to address highway concerns;

b.    No objection from DCC Highways;

c.    A Section 106 Agreement to secure the matters as set out in the update sheet, the final detail of which and the contribution amounts including number of affordable units and highway contribution to be approved by the Chair and Operations Manager – Development Services;

d.    The amended conditions as set out in the update sheet;

e.    Other conditions and provisions as set out in the report;

 

2.    That in the event of any changes being needed to the wording of the Committee’s decision (such as to delete, vary or add conditions / informatives / planning obligations or reasons for approval / refusal) prior to the decision being issued, the Operations Manager – Development Services be delegated authority to do so in consultation with the Chair of the Committee, provided that the changes do not exceed the substantive nature of the committee’s decision.
