Minutes of the previous meeting PDF 224 KB Minutes: With reference to minute 25/32 “Tree Preservation Order at Moor Edge, New Mills Road, Birch Vale HPBC TPO No 315”, the Head of Development Services advised that since the last meeting of the Committee, further negotiations had been undertaken with the owner of the site, who had now withdrawn his objection to the TPO, which meant that an early review of the TPO was not now required and the TPO could be confirmed without amendment.
RESOLVED:
1. That the minutes of the meeting held on 22 July 2024 be approved as a correct record; and
2. That with reference to minute 25/32 “Tree Preservation Order at Moor Edge, New Mills Road, Birch Vale HPBC TPO No 315” and the information provided by the Head of Development Services as set out above, that there is no requirement for the site to be re-assessed and the TPO being confirmed without amendment be noted. |
