Councillor P Roberts declared an other interest in agenda item7 Outcome of Reports after Independent Investigations into alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct (Reason: one of the Parish Councillors mentioned had sent him a text).

RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on 11 March  2020 be approved as a correct record.

Consideration was given to an update with regards to the Local Government Association draft Model Member Code of Conduct.  Details of the LGA webinar on 17 September were available on their website and was recommended to members.

RESOLVED: That the report be noted.

To resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business as there may be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

RESOLVED: That the exempt  minutes of the meeting held on 11 March  2020 be approved as a correct record.

Consideration was given to the final reports issued by the independent Investigating Officer with regards to alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct by members of Chapel-en-le Frith Parish Council.

Standards complaints received by the Monitoring Officer since the previous Committee meeting were discussed.
