REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

A request had been received from New Mills Market Traders for the renewal of the licence to operate New Mills Market for a further five year period.

ALTERNATIVE CONSIDERED:

As set out in paragraph 5 of the report.

RESOLVED:

That the renewal of the contract for the operation of New Mills Market to New Mills Market Traders for a further five-year period (21 July 2022 to 20 July 2027), on the terms set out in the report, be approved.
