REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION

 

The Residents of Fairfield Association (RoFA) have approached the Council to grant a new lease for 109-111 Victoria Park Road, Fairfield, Buxton; for the provision of a community laundrette and additional, community facilities.

 

Formal approval was sought to the granting of a new three year concessionary lease in respect of 109-111 Victoria Park Road, Fairfield, Buxton to RoFA.

 

ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:

 

As set out in paragraph 5 of the report.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the granting of a new three year lease to RoFA on the terms outlined in the report be approved.
