REASONS FOR THE RECOMMENDATION

The Leader considered :

·         proposals for a new management structure across the Strategic Alliance, following the departure of the Executive Director (Place) on 31^st January 2024; and

·         confirmation of the recruitment/appointment process for a new Executive Director and to the currently vacant Head of Assets post.
