REASONS FOR THE RECOMMENDATION

The Deputy Leader and Executive Councillor for Regeneration, Tourism and Leisure considered:

·       feedback from the outcome of the evaluation of the ITT responses for the Revitalising Buxton development partner procurement process

·       whether to confirm the preferred development partner following this exercise; and

·       confirmation of the work that will be completed with the preferred development partner, prior to the final recommendation to the Executive in November.
