2022/08 Allocation of Section 106 Funding for Draycott Sports Centre and Jubilee Gardens in Forsbrook.
STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE DECISION:
For approval to be sought to allocate Section 106 funding towards projects in Draycott in the Moors and Forsbrook.
ANY ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:
To confirm the allocation of Section 106 funds as match funding towards the identified project as outlined in the report (Recommended)
Should the decision be made to not allocate funds to the projects outlined in the report, it would not be possible for these to proceed. (Not recommended)
DECISION:
That the Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Sports APPROVED the allocation of up to £210,000 Section 106 funding towards projects being developed by Draycott Sports Centre and Forsbrook Parish Council as outlined in the report.
