STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE DECISION:

The purpose of the report was to approve appointments to two outside bodies – Rudyard Lake Trust and WMEmployers Shareholder Board.

ANY ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:

Other councillors may be considered to be the Council’s representative for these appointments.   

DECISION:

The Portfolio Holder approved the following appointments to outside bodies:

-        Councillor Mark Johnson to the Rudyard Lake Trust.

-        Councillor Mike Gledhill to the WMEmployers Shareholder Board.
