PDF 50 KB Minutes: STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE DECISION: The District Council had received a nomination from Sheen Parish Council for The Staffordshire Knott, Pown Street, Sheen ,Buxton, Derbyshire SK17 0ET to be registered as an asset of community value and in accordance with the Council’s policy must decide whether to approve or refuse the nomination. ANY ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED: That the nomination was approved (recommended). That the nomination was not approved (not recommended). DECISION: That the Portfolio Holder approved the application to list The Staffordshire Knott, Pown Street, Sheen ,Buxton, Derbyshire SK17 0ET as an asset of community value.
