STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE DECISION:

The purpose of the report was to present proposals for the use of remaining monies in the Council’s VE Day/VJ Day 80 grant fund.

ANY ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:

That the Council does not update the grant fund to enable the remaining monies to be made available to all parish and town councils (not recommended).

DECISION:

That the Portfolio Holder approved the Council inviting parish and town councils to apply for a VJ Day 80 grant as detailed in the report.
