Responsible for the overview and scrutiny of regeneration, environment, culture, leisure and planning, development and property issued. This includes:
· The delivery of council services including environment, planning (including development and property)
· Housing and regeneration
· Culture (arts, leisure, sport, parks, countryside, tourism)
